General Delivery
Please make sure you provide us with an accurate delivery address, email address and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues with your consignment. Note, we have worked hard to streamline our processes so you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once you have placed your order, these processes mean that changes to the product ordered, order cancellation or changes to delivery addresses are not always possible. Please double check ALL your information is correct at the time of ordering, including your choice of product; if you need to alter this, and IF we can make your requested change after the order is placed, you will incur a processing fee.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We dispatch orders within 2-3 working days from receiving your order (example – order placed on a Monday will appear in the Tuesday order batch and be despatched by Thursday). All orders are dispatched from Metro Melbourne postcode 3194. Please note public holidays, and large sales events such as ‘Black Friday’, ‘Easter’, ‘Stocktake sale’ or ‘Boxing Day sale’ can add time delays to dispatch, and delivery timelines with Aus Post due to the volume of orders placed. We pack every order carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition, your order will be sent through Australia Post or one of our preferred couriers. All consignments are trackable, via the link on sms. We ask that you PLEASE check the Australia Post website for delivery times from Metro Melbourne to your postcode. Once products leave our warehouse the delivery carrier becomes responsible for any delivery updates.
If you get a pending tracking ID in your shipping confirmation email or text, please give it some time (up to 12 hours) for it to show in the Australia Post system.
Australia wide shipping
We offer a $12.95 flat rate shipping option for orders under $99, and FREE shipping for orders over $99.
We do not offer pickup.
Express shipping - Australia Only, not available for NZ customers.
Express Shipping items will be picked, and packed ready for dispatch the same day, if ordered prior to 2pm. However, they MAY NOT be collected by Australia Post that same day, and will therefore be collected the following business day. Please be aware of this if you chose the Express option.
Express Post is based on a combination of physical and cubic weight, and the destination. Our rates are based on those published by Australia Post for shipping from Melbourne metro postcode 3194. Due to the sometimes cumbersome size and irregular size of the products we ship, Express Post shipping may appear costly, as Australia Post will apply the cubic weight charge. This element of charging is outside our control if you choose this option.

NZ mainland shipping
We offer 2 rates for shipping to mainland New Zealand, no Express Post.
AUD$15 per consignment up to 3kg, and AUD$25 for consignments 3-15kg.
We will endeavour to consolidate your order into one consignment, but this is not always possible. For example, a single scooter and protective pads can be packed into one consignment: 2 scooters will require 2 separate boxes, and therefore be sent as two separate consignments.
Goods that cannot be sent to NZ or Via Express Post
Electric scooters and helmets, cannot be shipped to NZ, due to lithium batteries contained in these products, that are unable to travel by air freight.
Globber ONE K165 BR Scooter/ Italtrike 16" Spokes Trikes/ Italtrike 12" Racing Trikes are unable to be shipped to NZ due to size restrictions.
Will my order be securely packaged?
We take great care in ensuring your order is packaged correctly and securely. We want to make sure your item arrives to you how you expect it, and it is always package din an outer carton to protect the colour box from damage.
Something is missing from your order?
We carefully pick, pack and check each order. If you discover any item missing from an order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by email to orders@wheelsandmotion.com.au
Please provide proof of purchase and images if the product is incorrect.
