Warranty
Your purchase automatically comes with protections under Australian Consumer Law. All of our products are fully backed by manufacturer warranty. We will submit all warranty claims to our suppliers and they will evaluate your warranty claim. We will follow it up with them and update you regularly on the status of your warranty claim.
Manufacturers have limited warranties that cover direct manufacturing faults or failures in their products. As with all extreme sports, skateboard and scooter equipment suffers damage as a direct result of participation in the sport. Such damage to equipment is not covered under warranty and the final claim is at the discretion of the distributor or manufacturer of that product. We only stock reputable brands that stand behind their product.
The item arrived damaged or missing items
All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or missing items, we will gladly replace the damaged or missing parts to you. Should we require the goods returned, we will offer a return solution.
All claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage. Please take photographs of any damage and email them to us at orders@wheelsandmotion.com.au, before sending the item back. We will assess the parts required from the photographs supplied. We will either repair or replace the product for you, or if stocks are exhausted, offer a similar product as a replacement
Change of Mind Returns
Consumers are not entitled to a refund under the ACCC consumer guarantees, if they got what they asked for but simply changed their mind, the product did not fit, they found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn’t like the purchase or had no use for it. This is highly applicable to helmet purchases so PLEASE ensure you measure your child’s head as per instruction and choose the correct size.
All claims for a refund for a change of mind return must be made within 5 business days of receiving your order. You are required to email orders@wheelsandmotion.com.au quoting your Invoice number and the items you wish to return. You will be advised via return email the address for the item to be sent.
Return items will be sent at your own cost, Wheels and Motion will not cover the postage or freight for change of mind purchases. Note, any shipping rates will not be refundable, only the product cost. The goods must be sent back to the nominated address and be in their brand new, undamaged condition, and in undamaged packing, to allow to be resold. It is your responsibility to ensure the item/s are packed securely to avoid possible damage from shipping. If these criteria are not met, you may forfeit your refund. Your refund will be processed back on the original payment method.
